Colloque international sur les goûts du chocolat dans le monde / International conference about the tastes of chocolate around the world

The department of Gastronomy at the Cergy-Pontoise University, in partnership with Paris-Sorbonne university and the “Espace, Nature et Culture”laboratory (UMR 8185 CNRS), is holding an international interdisciplinary conference on “The tastes of chocolate around the world”. The conference will take place from March 24th to March 25th 2017 at the university of Paris –Sorbonne and at The House of Mexico at the Cité Internationale Universitaire of Paris.
